Peanut Sauce
Easy, Natural, and YUMMY!
Ingredients
1/2 cup chunky peanut butter*
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1/4 cup cilantro
1/2 cup water
3 Tablespoons honey
3 Tablespoons tamari
1 Tablespoon sesame oil
1 Tablespoon ginger (optional but highly suggested)
3 garlic cloves
2 limes

Step ONE:
1/2 cup chunky peanut butter*
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
3 Tablespoons honey
3 Tablespoons tamari
1 Tablespoon sesame oil
1 Tablespoon ginger, grated (optional but highly suggested)
3 garlic cloves, crushed
2 limes, juiced
Combine ingredients in sauce pan over medium-low heat. Stir occasionally until hot. Serve immediately or reserve for future use.
Tips:
*Can substitute for creamy peanut butter
Tastes great served as a dipping sauce with vegan spring rolls or in your favorite stir fry!
