The Cottage

The Cottage was the last structure we completed on the property. It used to be a garage, hobby room, and storage room. We found some pretty neat stuff in it! A 1940's dog license with collar, old tins and multiple, antique appliances dating back to the 1950s! It was like a treasure hunt!

Tiny Home- "The Ski House"

The 'Ski House' is one of the four homes on our property. This is the cutest tiny home I've ever seen! One thing that makes it so cool is that it dates back to the early 1900s or late 1800s. We've gathered a little information from the neighbors, but most of the information about it is long lost.

The Apartment

The apartment was the original home and first project of the property. It consists of 600 square feet and was completed by my talented husband, prior to me knowing him. Originally, it was a 2 bedroom, one bath home. He says this was the biggest project of the property.

The main house is a 1300 square foot rambler that was built in the 1950s. Although we call it the 'main house,' it was actually the second living structure built on the property. Most people seeing this space at the beginning would've considered it a tear-down project. It needed work before even closing on the property!
