Quick Tomato Basil Salad

Simplicity at it's finest! 

Ingredients

2 cups cherry tomatoes
8 ounces mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup fresh basil
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/8 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

Step ONE:

2 cups cherry tomatoes, sliced lengthwise

8 ounces mozzarella cheese, cut into small cubes

1/2 cup fresh basil, sliced

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

1/8 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Serve up and enjoy!

Tips:

Use fresh or store bought cherry tomatoes. With the fresh basil and cheese, this is a great meal to have even in the winter months.

Add chopped avocado.

Put a splash of balsamic vinegar on it to switch it up.
