Grandma's Potato Salad

My grandma made this for every summer get together. I'm pretty sure I ate most of it. I've never tried a potato salad that tastes this good, and it's EASY!
Ingredients
1 pound red potatoes or yukon gold potatoes
6 eggs, boiled
1 cup Best Foods Mayonnaise (do not substitute*)
5 green onions**
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon fresh gound pepper
Directions Below
Step ONE:
1 pound red potatoes or yukon gold potatoes
Slice potatoes in zig zag pattern, making them all bite size. Put potatoes in pan. Fill with water, bring to boil, cook until fork tender about 15- 20 minutes. Drain, rinse with cool water. Put in large mixing bowl. Prepare Step TWO while potatoes cooking.
Step TWO:
6 eggs, boiled
Put eggs in small pan. Cover with water. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium-low. Cook 10 minutes. Remove from heat and run under cold water. Fill pan with cold water and keep eggs in it for about 5 minutes. Peel eggs and dice them. Set aside.
Step THREE:
1 cup Best Foods Mayonnaise (do not substitute*)
5 sprigs green onions, sliced (white and green**)
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
Mix mayonnaise in with potatoes. Mix in onion, salt, and pepper. Fold eggs in last. Try and keep egg yolk and whites attached. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Best if left over night. It allows the flavors to blend. Before serving, stir, add more mayonnaise if needed to make potatoes moist.
Options:
* 1/3 cup red onion, finely chopped may be used instead of green onions
** In my opinion, I don't feel there's a better tasting mayonnaise out there. If substituted, taste will vary.
Mix in 1/3 cup fresh dill. Sooo good with added health benefits!
